the L series). Built to last AND to
be rebuildable in the real world: Vertical
guide assemblies, clamp cams, entire clamp assembly, and apron bushings are
replaceable. S3620 S4820
S7220: 20ga mild steel capacity on 1 flange. These
become 18ga capacity when ordered with optional bolt on apron angle. Two
models not shown: S6020 5 20ga, is a shorter version of
the S7220; S4820 4 20ga, is a longer & heavier S3620. 16ga
versions are built of larger/heavier main frame, clamp and apron parts, and
include a apron angle and one or two counter weights. The 6 16ga model
S7216 is shown. S4018: 40 inch bending length. Weighs barely 100 lbs. So you can take it with you. 18ga mild steel capacity on 1 flange with apron angle installed. The apron angle is designed to be removed and re-installed upside down to allow 1/2 minimum reverse bend with 1/2 flange on 22ga mild steel. S7222: 22ga mild steel, or .040 soft aluminum, capacity on 1 flange with apron angle installed. Minimum reverse bend is 1/2 with apron angle removed, at reduced capacity.
For all of the above models: Beam set back adjustment is 1. Additional set back may be ordered; Bolt on radius bars are available from 1/16 through 1/2 radius (1/2 radius = 1 diameter). OR, radius can be added to the leading edge of the clamp. Note: apron angle must be used with bolt on radius bars greater than 1/2 diameter. We are also happy to tell you how to build bolt on radius bars or boots; The back is open, so any length of material can extend out the back; Counter weights are optional on 20ga & 18ga models, and one or two are included on the 16ga models (see chart); Minimum reverse bend is 1/2, or you may order any model with optional 1/4 return apron plus insert; All except S4018 are available as Finger Brakes too!
Transportation is the buyers Expense. Three year
material and workmanship warranty.
